Role

As a Marketing Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for developing creative assets that communicate our brand message, support sales initiatives, and elevate our customer experience. From social media graphics and website banners to email campaigns and brochures, your designs will help tell our story and reinforce our values of quality, service, and innovation.

This position reports to the Marketing, Director and will be located at our Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania location.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Design  & Content Creation: Develop a wide range of visual materials for use across digital platforms (social media, website, email, digital ads)  and print media (brochures, product sheets, trade show displays).
• Brand Stewardship: Ensure all visuals align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all customer touchpoints.
• Campaign Support: Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop visuals that align with campaign goals, product launches, and strategic initiatives.
• User Experience (UX) Considerations: Design digital assets with an understanding of layout, hierarchy, and responsiveness to optimize engagement.
• Project Management: Handle multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
• Trend Awareness: Stay current on design trends, digital tools, and marketing best practices to bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Department Support: Assist the marketing team with administrative tasks, order fulfillment, and other cross-functional responsibilities as needed to support overall department goals.

Duties and Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a graphic design or digital marketing role, preferably in a B2B or manufacturing environment.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Familiarity with digital tools such as Figma, Canva, or similar
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or experience working with web content management systems is a plus
• Design Expertise: Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout.
• Marketing Knowledge: Solid understanding of how design impacts marketing performance, user engagement, and brand perception.
• Communication & Collaboration: Ability to clearly present ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, engineering, product management, and leadership.
