At Stand C81-C91, Hall 24, PiovanGroup with its brands Piovan, Doteco, Pelletron y Thermal Care, will exhibit the latest technological innovations for process automation, suitable for all major application sectors: PET & rPET preforms and bottles, rigid packaging, automotive components, technical products, medical devices, technical and thermoforming sheets, flexible film, tubes, profiles and cables, fiber and strapping, recycling, and compounds.

Among the Piovan technologies on display:

• Modula, the multi-hopper system that automatically adjusts and controls all dehumidification parameters for each specific polymer;
• Quantum, the high-precision gravimetric batch blender that ensures a perfect mixing without stagnation of the components thanks to its semi spherical shape and special shaft design;
• Quantum+, the gravimetric batch blender that can have up to 8 dosing stations and allows for quick material changes and simplified cleaning operations, ensuring maximum safety during maintenance activities;
• EasylinkEvo, the new model of the automatic coupling station capable of managing up to 60 inputs/outputs with a minimal footprint, ensuring speed and precision in positioning and optimal material traceability;
• E-Dryer, the high-performance Piovan dryer, designed for small-scale production and the effective treatment of hygroscopic plastic materials. Thanks to its compact size, it can be easily installed directly above the injection molding machine or dosing system, requiring only an electrical connection;
• VOC Minder, the in-line monitoring system for Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) in processes using recycled materials, ensuring quality compliance and reducing waste.

SmartForesight, the predictive maintenance solution that redefines system reliability thanks to intelligent remote monitoring technology, will be presented for the first time in Milan.

With real-time notifications, customized reports, and direct technical support, SmartForesight maximizes customers’ profitable uptime. The solution developed by Piovan continuously analyzes data from GN, GP, and GMP dryers, revolutionizing plant maintenance management. Thanks to SmartForesight’s configurable monitoring features, it ensures predictive control and accurate surveillance, adaptable to specific customer needs and the operational reality of each plant.

Under the Doteco brand, Blendo Adroit will be on display, the gravimetric loss-in-weight feeder designed for production requiring high precision even at low flow rates. Designed for easy installation on the extruder feed inlet to replace the conventional loading hopper or for mezzanine installation, it is available for 2 to 6 ingredients and with maximum flow rates of up to 200, 400, 800, and 1300 kg/h.

Pelletron, the Group company specializing in the production of conveying and dust collection solutions for plastics, will showcase the C20 Deduster, a compact dust collector designed to remove dust, filaments, or angel hair. The solution is particularly well-suited for the production of lenses and semi-transparent or transparent components that require special attention to aesthetics. The C20’s design facilitates retrofitting, making the dust collector ideal for both injection molding and extrusion processes.

Thermal Care, the group’s brand specializing in industrial cooling, will introduce NQA to the Italian market for the first time, an energy-efficient chiller featuring high-performance scroll compressors, compact micro-channel condensers y an advanced PLC control system with a touchscreen, designed to ensure maximum reliability, precise temperature control, and ease of use in a compact, all-in-one design.
