    E-Dryer is the new compact desiccant wheel dehumidifier designed by Piovan to ensure maximum efficiency in the dehumidification of small batches of plastic material.

    It uses desiccant rotor technology to provide a stable dew point down to -40°C, ensuring uniform and consistent resin dehumidification.

    The integrated design with a hopper mounted directly on the unit reduces the footprint and improves the process.

    E-Dryer allows the air flow to be adjusted according to the required hourly production, protecting the material from over-drying and reducing energy consumption.

    The touchscreen HMI interface offers intuitive process management, with preset material databases and advanced functions such as weekly scheduling. The dehumidification process is controlled and monitored by a PLC.

    The E-Dryer requires no connection to a cooling circuit or compressed air, ensuring maximum ease of installation and maintenance.

    The E-Dryer can be supplied entirely in stainless steel, which is particularly suitable for medical applications.
