The Plastics Recycling Show Europe (PRSE) is one of the leading event dedicated to the plastics recycling sector in Europe that covers the whole supply chain from design for raw materials, design for recycling, collection, sorting and recycling of industrial, commercial, agricultural, post-consumer and ocean plastic through to the recycled polymer being designed and incorporated into new products and applications.

Also this year, PiovanGroup, with its brands Piovan and Pelletron, will be present from 5 to 6 May at the RAI Amsterdam Convention Centre in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

Featured technologies on display:

• Easypure – Through a 3D environment, visitors may see the unique features of Easypure, the odor removing system that allows a significant improvement in the quality of the recycled material, being integrated in the process of mechanical recycling, after the pelletising phase. Easypure can be equipped with OdorMinder that provides an immediate evaluation of the effectiveness of the odor removal process from the treated granule and thanks to its sensors and, following adequate “training”, is able to detect up to 25 odorous substances. It is characterised by: high sensitivity, high selectivity, good time stability, and high reactivity to gas presence. For the first time this year will be presented also deodorization simulation unit. This easy-to-use solution designed for odor evaluation, offers full scalability from laboratory to industrial applications, allowing seamless transfer of operating parameters. This ensures faster development cycles and more efficient quality optimization across production stages.
• DeDuster® XP15 by Pelletron, a series specifically designed for the plastics production and compounding industry, available for unloading capacities from 500-1500 kg/h of all types of granular products that need to be cleaned prior to packaging, shipping or processing. Thanks to its low height, the DeDuster® XP series can be installed on bagging machines or moved under or between storage silos.
