Three new faces for management roles confirm Piovan Group's strategy with facts. The Venetian company's rapid expansion and ambitious goals for territorial, international, and industry growth have necessitated the strengthening of sales, HR, and Food & Powder management.
Felice Meliti is the new Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), responsible for the global sales and marketing organization of the entire Piovan Group. Meliti will play a key role in shaping and expanding the company's growth by supporting the executive committee, strengthening business development activities and related sales and marketing strategy to achieve medium and long-term objectives. Felice Meliti brings with him more than 20 years of experience in building and developing global sales and marketing organizations in high-growth companies in a variety of industries, with extensive experience in both the equipment and service industries. Prior to joining the Piovan Group, he held increasing leadership roles in major multinational companies such as GE, VESTAS and SAIPEM, with various international assignments. Felice holds a bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering from the University of Pisa.

Mariella De Michiel has assumed the role of HR & Organization Director, replacing Marco Mammano who was promoted to CEO Europe. Prior to joining the Piovan Group, De Michiel held crescent HR roles in multinational groups, beginning her journey at General Electric, continuing at Wavin Italia, then at Air Liquide with a two-year experience in Paris, and most recently at Lincoln Electric. Alessandro Sala assumes the role of CEO Food & Powders division dealing with the management and growth of the entire business. With a degree in Mechanical Engineering, after some experience in the technical area, he soon embarked on a career in sales, holding roles of increasing responsibility until he reached the role of General Manager in Ing. Ferrari SpA. "I embark with great enthusiasm on my new adventure in Piovan Group, determined to achieve the defined goals. The pillars of the Group's philosophy, namely Customers, People, and Innovation, together with passion and tenacity are the values that have guided me in my professional journey"- concludes Alessandro Sala.
