Quantum Med

Quantum Med is a high-precision gravimetric blender developed for the medical and pharmaceutical packaging industries.
Derived from the well-established Quantum series, it is engineered for maximum precision and full compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.

Designed for easy cleaning and to prevent contamination, Quantum Med features easily removable components and stainless steel surfaces. Its quick-release hoppers with plug-in connectors enable fast, safe material changeovers, minimising downtime.

The system includes a removable batch chamber with a viewing window and simplified pneumatics for optimal cleaning.

Quantum Med features an ergonomic design that ensures operator safety, with all components weighing no more than 15 kg and a maximum access height of 1.7 meters. The advanced safety system includes the automatic shut-off of the compressed air supply and venting of the pneumatic lines in the event the batch chamber door is opened.

Quantum Med can be supplied with the Piovan Medical Tracking System, which ensures full documentation of the production process and supports compliance with GMP requirements.

Quantum Med integrates with the Winfactory monitoring and supervision system, allowing for error-proof system setup and batch traceability.
