PiovanGroup will take part in Interplast 2026, taking place from 25 to 28 August at Expoville in Joinville, Santa Catarina.

Recognised as one of the key events for the plastics industry in Brazil, Interplast brings together the entire plastics production chain, from raw materials to finished products.

PiovanGroup will be present at stand B24 with Piovan do Brasil team, showcasing state-of-the-art technologies from Piovan, Thermal Care und Piovan Food & Powders.

Group specialists will be on hand to present the latest solutions for plastics processors, with a focus on automation systems, recycling and the circular economy.

Among the Piovan technologies on display will be Quantum+, the gravimetric batch blender that can have up to 8 dosing stations and allows for quick material changes and simplified cleaning operations, ensuring maximum safety during maintenance activities.

DPA, Piovan’s compressed-air dryer, will also be featured. Thanks to its compact design, the machine can reach dew point values down to -40°C and includes a programmable database of 50 materials with predefined parameters.

In addition, visitors will also have the opportunity to discover Thermovan, Piovan’s mould temperature control unit. The system is designed to optimise running costs, support high and consistent productivity, reduce production stoppages and ensure constant process control.

From the Piovan Food & Powders range, EasyPowder will be presented: a hopper for powdered resins made entirely of stainless steel and equipped with a highly efficient self-cleaning filter. The solution helps maximise product use while preventing material loss and waste generation.

In the field of industrial cooling, Thermal Care will showcase Digitemp +, a high-performance dual-circuit thermochiller developed to heat and/or cool the process circuits of injection moulding machines, blow moulding machines, calenders and printing machines. The unit precisely regulates temperature, pressure and water flow rate for each circuit.

Lastly, the display will include SLIM STR4222, a portable packaged chiller from Thermal Care’s SLIM SCA series, designed to deliver elevated cooling capacity and ensure high energy efficiency.
