PiovanGroup, with its brands Piovan, Pelletron und Thermal Care, will be exhibiting at Interplas 2026, the the three-yearly eventdedicated to the plastics industry in the UK, that will be held from 02 to 04 June at the National Exhibition Centre (NEC) in Birmingham.
Visitors will have the opportunity to discover state-of-the-art technologies for material handling, dosing, feeding, drying, granulation including solution for smart factory and heat transfer.

In terms of technologies for dosing, visitors will be able to take a closer look at the Quantum Q50, the high-precision gravimetric dosing unit and the Lybra volumetric dosing unit equipped with S50, the single phase hopper loader.
Finally, on display also GMP dryer, the single or multi hopper drying system, that can adapt and automatically control operating parameters, such as temperature, Dew point and flow rate of the process air, according to the production detected.
All visitors will be able to experience a live demo of Winfactory 4.0, the supervision software designed by Piovan to increase plants' productivity and optimise product quality.
On display, with Thermal Care brand will be the Easytherm, the range of mould temperature control units characterized by flexibility and reliability both for injection, blow moulding and
extrusion processes.
In addition Pelletron, the company of PiovanGroup specialised in producing conveying and dedusting solutions for plastics manufacturing, processing and other industries will present Deduster® XP15, präsentieren, eine Baureihe, die speziell für die Kunststoffproduktions- und Compoundierindustrie entwickelt wurde und für Durchsatzleistungen von 500-1500 kg/h aller Arten von körnigen Produkten erhältlich ist, die vor dem Verpacken, Versenden oder Verarbeiten gereinigt werden müssen. Dank seiner geringen Höhe kann die DeDuster® XP-Serie auf Abfüllmaschinen installiert oder unter bzw. zwischen Lagersilos aufgestellt werden.
