• OptiSieve – Centrifugal Powder Sieve
  A high-efficiency screening system for powdered products, ideal for maintaining product uniformity and quality. It features a stainless-steel frame, minimal pressure loss, and full compliance with food-grade and ATEX standards. OptiSieve The sieve can operate in either “gravity-fed” or “in-line” mode.
• PowderBreak – Lump Breaker for Sugar
  Designed for the homogenization of hygroscopic microgranules and powders such as sugar, PowderBreak ensures a lump-free product flow. The system includes a perforated grid and a single-shaft, triple-blade rotor, built for intensive duty cycles. The unit is fully accessible for maintenance and offers high operational reliability.
• Pigging System – Fully automated bidirectional pipe emptying and cleaning system
  This system utilizes food-grade silicone pigs driven by compressed air to clean pipelines with high efficiency, minimizing product loss and preventing cross-contamination. Compatible with CIP systems and certified to PLd safety standards, the Pigging System significantly reduces water and chemical consumption while optimizing line hygiene and changeover times.

At the booth, visitors will also have the opportunity to experience the functionality and benefits of the Pigging System through a dedicated virtual reality simulation, enabling an immersive understanding of the system's performance in a realistic production environment.

TeslaTube: A New Era in Induction Heating for Food Fluids
A major highlight of this edition of IPACK-IMA is the official market debut of TeslaTube, Piovan Food & Powders’ new electromagnetic induction heating technology for viscous food fluids. Designed for applications such as chocolate, spreads, jellies, and syrups, TeslaTube ensures accurate temperature control (±0.1 °C) across the entire pipeline with energy savings of up to 90% compared to traditional systems.
