EasylinkEvo

EasylinkEvo is the new automatic coupling station, capable of managing up to 60 inlets/outlets with duct diameters ranging from 40 to 76 mm, while maintaining a minimal footprint.

Designed for easy maintenance, it is totally safe for the operators both during regular functioning and service activities.

Compared to the previous version, EasylinkEvo is now equipped with 230V brushless motors with direct drive transmission.

The inlet positioning encoding systems are integrated directly into their respective rotating plates.

The new mechanical design and reduced system complexity allow for significantly reduced positioning times, setting a new benchmark in the market.

The geometries, the advanced cleaning systems and the wear resistant materials assure the constant production quality in most demanding conditions.

Integration with Winfactory 4.0 allows:

• maximum traceability of materials
• automatic setting of transport and line cleaning times.

EasylinkEvo is available with supporting frame for floor or mezzanine installation. All the internal pipe routing is realised with rigid piping, without any flexible hose.
The sturdy, welded frame is engineered to withstand the dynamic loads of the new drive system.
In the version with transparent panels, these are fitted with hinges to facilitate maintenance and inspection.
