• GN³ – Three-Stage Drying System for Gentle Dehumidification
  GN³ features a highly engineered, energy-efficient drying hopper configuration that operates at progressive temperatures to achieve gentle drying processes, while also ensuring deeply effective heat energy transfer to the core of the pellets. The system completes full drying cycles in just 5 hours, preserving optimal material integrity. Most impressively, GN³ enables rapid resin changeovers in less than 2.5 hours — a 68% reduction compared to the standard 8-hour procedure.

Thermal Care will introduce its latest technological developments:

• AryaDew – Refrigeration Cycle Mold Dehumidifier
  AryaDew sets a new standard in mold cabin dehumidification with closed-loop cooling cycle technology. The system delivers up to 70% energy savings compared to conventional solutions, while ensuring constant dew point control for consistently optimal production environments. With a payback period of less than two years, AryaDew supports superior quality in PET preform production, high-speed injection molding, blow molding, and injection blow molding, all while reducing operating costs.

• PETchiller+ – Mold Temperature Control Technology for the PET Packaging Industry
  Designed specifically for PET preform production, PETchiller+ manages the high water flow rates typical of packaging applications while automatically adapting to molding cycles. The result: cycle time reductions of up to 30%, directly translating into greater productivity and profitability.
