Under direct supervision of the work center’s Team Lead and/or supervisor, the incumbent will be responsible for the physical assembly, wiring, troubleshooting and testing of electrical and industrial control panels of industrialized machinery.

Roles/ Responsibilities: 

• The individual must pose the necessary skills to effectively be trained on the basic wiring of electrical control paneling and complete assemblies
• The individual must demonstrate the ability to test electrical systems for safety and functionality
• Must possess the necessary skill set to install control panels
• Will be required to learn the necessary conduit to support equipment assembly
• Must learn the process of punch for various size boxes to support wiring
• Ability to learn wiring by size and color for proper install of electrics
• Must understand basic wire labeling
• Must have the skills and abilities to understand and mount critical parts for unit function
• Must possess the necessary skills to understand redline system layout, detailed drawing and schematics
• Must be able to communicate effectively with teammates and internal customers
• Must be able to take direction from others
• Must remain in compliance with all safety standards
• Must understand how to fill out appropriate check sheets

Qualifications: 

• High School Diploma / GED
• > 1yr of basic electrical training 
• Must have a basic knowledge of schematics and drawings
• Must be able to speak and read English
• Basic knowledge and skills in circuits and electronics
• Desire and willingness to be certified in Gas
• Desire and willingness to be UL Certified
