From 5 to 10 February 2026, Piovan India, the branch of PiovanGroup based, together with its brands Piovan, Doteco, Pelletron, Piovan Food&Powders y Thermal Care, will be exhibiting at PLASTINDIA 2026 in New Delhi, India.

At the stand H5G-C2, visitors will be able to explore technologies and integrated solutions for key application areas, including Compuestos & Cables, PET y rPET, Reciclado, Medical y Technical Parts, with a strong focus on process efficiency, quality control and sustainable production.

Under the Piovan Food&Powders brand, the spotlight will be on compounding solutions, featuring Drywave, the fluidized bed dryer, Strandphase, the optimized Pneumatic Conveying and Spheriko, the continuous dosing unit, designed to improve material handling, drying performance and dosing precision.

For PET & rPET, Piovan will showcase advanced process analyzers and quality-control solutions:

• VOC Minder developed for in-line monitoring of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) in resin-treatment processes, especially rPET and other recycled materials.
• Inspecta AC detects acetaldehyde in PET finished or semi-finished products (such as sheets, bottles and granules) through a fully automatic, fast and user-friendly procedure, delivering repeatable and comparable results. The Inspecta range also include two additional units for detecting Limonene and Benzene.

Solutions for the Recycling sector will also be featured, including Easypure, the odor-removing system that can be equipped with OdorMinder that provides an immediate evaluation of the effectiveness of the odor removal process from the treated granule and thanks to its sensors and, following adequate “training”, is able to detect up to 25 odorous substances. It is characterised by: high sensitivity, high selectivity, good time stability, and high reactivity to gas presence. MDW, the gravimetric blender and the Serie CS vacuum receivers—designed to support cleaner, more stable and efficient recycling processes.

Piovan will present also EasylinkEvo, the automatic coupling station capable of managing up to 60 inlets/outlets with duct diameters ranging from 40 to 76 mm, while maintaining a minimal footprint and ensuring safe operation and easy maintenance. With a special reference to the medical sector, visitors will be able to discover DPA, the compressed-air dryer for hygroscopic polymers, delivering dew point values down to -40°C, and Moisture MED, the solution for in-line measurement of moisture in plastic granules, supporting tighter process control and compliance-driven production.

An experience built around sectors and solutions
PiovanGroup specialists will be on hand throughout the show, and visitors will be able to explore the Group’s system solutions through immersive virtual reality experiences—an effective way to see equipment in detail and understand performance in real applications. Dedicated VR tours will include specific demo according to industry sector.

Finally, Piovan will highlight SmartForesight, the cloud-based monitoring and predictive maintenance intelligence that helps redefine equipment reliability. By detecting abnormal behavior before faults occur and identifying wear patterns in critical components, SmartForesight sends personalized alerts and notifications to designated personnel via email or phone when anomalies are detected.
