Designed for applications such as chocolate, spreads, jellies, and syrups, TeslaTube ensures accurate temperature control (±0.1 °C) across the entire pipeline with energy savings of up to 90% compared to traditional systems
• Pigging System, nuestro sistema totalmente automatizado para el vaciado y limpieza bidireccional de tuberías. Utiliza limpiadores de silicona de grado alimentario impulsados por aire comprimido para limpiar las líneas con gran eficiencia, minimizando la pérdida de producto y evitando la contaminación cruzada. Compatible con sistemas CIP y certificado con estándares de seguridad PLd, el Pigging System reduce significativamente el consumo de agua y productos químicos, optimizando la higiene de línea y los tiempos de cambio de producto.
• OptiSieve, the centrifugal sifter for screening powdered products and breaking up small clumps. This system offers efficient and versatile screening of powdered products. The internal mesh, available in various weaves and perforated sheets, can be customized to meet specific requirements, ensuring results in line with the highest standards.
