This all-in-one system, featuring a compact design, integrates scroll  compressors with modulating technology, ensuring precise control of the process water temperature for superior preform quality.

Based on a solid, successful track record since 2006, with over 140 units installed worldwide, PETChiller is a reliable and proven solution for optimising production. Designed and built to handle high water flow rates typical of the application, it fits seamlessly into the moulding cycle to maximise efficiency, reducing cycle times by up to 30% and directly increasing productivity.

The use of pumps and compressors with inverter technology optimises energy consumption and cooling performance, helping to significantly reduce operating costs. The system maintains constant water pressure and flow, ensuring uniform cooling across all mould cavities.

Compatibility with Winflo software for Industry 4.0 enables remote monitoring and advanced control, further enhancing the process. Designed with particular attention to sustainability, PETChiller is compatible with eco-friendly refrigerants and can be equipped with an external Free Cooling kit to minimise environmental impact and maximise energy savings.
