• TeslaTube, our new electromagnetic induction heating technology for viscous food fluids. Designed for applications such as chocolate, spreads, jellies, and syrups, TeslaTube ensures accurate temperature control (±0.1 °C) across the entire pipeline with energy savings of up to 90% compared to traditional systems
• Pigging System, our fully automated bidirectional pipe emptying and cleaning system. This system utilizes food-grade silicone pigs driven by compressed air to clean pipelines with high efficiency, minimizing product loss and preventing cross-contamination. Compatible with CIP systems and certified to PLd safety standards, the Pigging System significantly reduces water and chemical consumption while optimizing line hygiene and changeover times.
• OptiSieve, the centrifugal sifter for screening powdered products and breaking up small clumps. This system offers efficient and versatile screening of powdered products. The internal mesh, available in various weaves and perforated sheets, can be customized to meet specific requirements, ensuring results in line with the highest standards.
