Role<\/strong><\/p>\n The Parts Specialist promotes the sale of and identifies replacement parts for customers. The Parts Specialist is the \"go-to\" person for complex part identification issues, on current and legacy equipment. They also serve as a guide for customers by communicating opportunities in related parts, kits, and other support services. For example, this role makes inventory recommendations within a specific product line to ensure that there is sufficient stock to satisfy customer requirements while also allowing for high inventory turns. While focusing on a few product lines, the Parts Specialist is capable of providing support across all segments.
