The role includes on-site customer training, remote technical assistance, technical reporting, preparation of maintenance agreements and quotations, and customer follow-up.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif\">Key Responsibilities:\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif\">Perform mechanical and electrical installation, configuration, and commissioning of chillers and related equipment.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif\">Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif\">Analyze, diagnose, and resolve mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic, refrigeration, hydraulic, and control system failures.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif\">Inspect compressors, condensers, evaporators, pumps, fans, valves, and associated circuits.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif\">Check operating pressures, temperatures, water flow, refrigerant levels, and electrical consumption.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif\">Detect and repair refrigerant leaks and perform refrigerant recovery, evacuation, and charging procedures.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif\">Configure controllers, sensors, alarms, and operating parameters.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif\">Provide on-site training to customer personnel on equipment operation and care, following manufacturer guidelines and specifications.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif\">Provide remote and telephone technical assistance.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif\">Determine and implement corrective actions, coordinating with internal teams and factory support when necessary.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif\">Prepare service reports documenting findings, work performed, recommendations, and pending actions.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif\">Identify required spare parts and provide technical recommendations to customers.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif\">Develop maintenance agreements, defining their scope, service frequency, labor, and required materials.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif\">Prepare quotations for services, maintenance, repairs, and spare parts.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif\">Follow up with customers on quotations, approvals, purchase orders, service scheduling, and maintenance agreement renewals.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif\">Advise customers on equipment performance, maintenance, and controller or software settings.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif\">Comply with company safety standards and customer facility requirements.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif\">Qualifications:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif\">Bachelor\u2019s degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif\">2\u20135 years of engineering or field service experience in the plastics processing industry, particularly injection molding, blow molding, or extrusion.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif\">Technical knowledge and hands-on experience with chillers and industrial refrigeration systems.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif\">Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif\">Experience preparing technical reports, service quotations, and maintenance proposals<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif\">Valid driver\u2019s license and passport.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif\">Availability to travel throughout Mexico and to Central America and the United States as required.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif\">Availability to provide service outside regular working hours when necessary.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif\">A valid U.S. B1\/B2 visa is a plus.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif\">Refrigerant handling
