You must be able to work across all functional areas and utilize critical resources effectively. You must have strong trouble shooting skills and be able to resolve basic problems and drive Continuous Improvement efforts across your area.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left:undefined\">\n<li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;font-size:9.0pt;color:#414141'>Facilitate work assignments across the team and ensure maximum efficiency of workflow.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;font-size:9.0pt;color:#414141'>Must be willing to work extended hours to ensure productivity requirements are met<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;font-size:9.0pt;color:#414141'>You must ensure compliance with company&#039;s key metrics in Safety, Quality, Inventory and Delivery.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;font-size:9.0pt;color:#414141'>Utilize internal resources to resolve problems in design, routing, quality, and continuous improvement.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;font-size:9.0pt;color:#414141'>Ensure key supplies are maintained to perform the jobs effectively<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;font-size:9.0pt;color:#414141'>Must be willing to train teammates as necessary<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;font-size:9.0pt;color:#414141'>Maintains and orders consumables such as PCOS\/ Kanban parts or other materials needed for the department.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;font-size:9.0pt;color:black'>Monitors the completion of all daily tasks and serves as department point of contact to internal customer base. &nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;font-size:9.0pt;color:black'>Continuous Improvement mindset and look for ways to improve process workflow<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;font-size:9.0pt;color:black'>Must understand constraints to internal customer and minimize impact to OTD<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;font-size:9.0pt;color:black'>Able to assist in the creation of Standard Work instruction for process improvement<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;font-size:9.0pt;color:#414141'>Must be able to interpret \/ communicate oral and written instructions and follow directions<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;font-size:9.0pt;color:#414141'>Must have strong organizational and time management skills and be able to prioritize work effectively<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;font-size:9.0pt;color:#414141'>Must pay close attention to detail<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;font-size:9.0pt;color:#414141'>Must be willing to work extended hours and overtime as needed<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;font-size:9.0pt;color:#414141'>Must be able to work independently of management and maintain a high level of integrity&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;font-size:9.0pt;color:#414141'>High school or GED required for this role<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;font-size:9.0pt;color:#414141'>Must be a participant in the Safety Committee&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;font-size:9.0pt;color:#414141'>Will be required to take the OSHA 10 course<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>High School Diploma \/ GED&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>2-3 years&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Leadership experience preferred not required.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work beyond standard production hours.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>Organization<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Business Unit:<\/strong> UNA-DYN<\/li>\n<li><strong>Department:<\/strong> Production Management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary Range<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>20 -
