Dal 27 al 29 novembre, PiovanGroup \u2013 con i brand Piovan e Aquatech \u2013 esporr\u00e0 le ultime tecnologie e soluzioni sviluppate per il settore della plastica: dagli impianti di deumidificazione ai termoregolatori, dalla tracciabilit\u00e0 delle materie prime alle soluzioni per l\u2019Industria 4.0, includendo anche impianti di refrigerazione per fornire soluzioni complete chiavi-in-mano.<\/p>\n\n

In esposizione ci sar\u00e0 Exacta GV<\/a><\/strong>, il nuovo dosatore gravimetrico per micro-dosaggio, dotato di un sistema di controllo avanzato in grado di garantire un controllo totale dei parametri di vibrazione per ottenere dosaggi ad altissima precisione, anche grazie ad un sistema di filtraggio ottimizzato che individua e neutralizza tutte le vibrazioni estranee provenienti da una fonte esterna.<\/p>\n\n

I visitatori avranno inoltre l\u2019opportunit\u00e0 di vedere Moisture Minder<\/a><\/strong>, la soluzione Piovan per la misurazione in tempo reale della quantit\u00e0 di umidit\u00e0 presente nei granuli plastici. Questo strumento di misurazione consente di monitorare la quantit\u00e0 di umidit\u00e0 presente nella resina PET prima che entri nella pressa a iniezione e, allo stesso tempo, di identificare i parametri del dryer e individuare il lotto di produzione grazie all\u2019integrazione con Winfactory 4.0.<\/p>\n\n

Aquatech, l\u2019azienda del Gruppo che progetta e produce impianti di refrigerazione tecnologicamente avanzati per la produzione industriale, esporr\u00e0 Easytherm<\/a><\/strong>, la nuova unit\u00e0 di controllo della temperatura dello stampo e la serie CH 280VH<\/a><\/strong> di refrigeratori portatili.<\/p>\n\n
