Negli ultimi cinque anni, il Gruppo Piovan ha registrato una notevole crescita, frutto di acquisizioni e della creazione di nuove societ\u00e0. Nel 2017, il gruppo ha realizzato un fatturato totale di 211 milioni di euro. Il miglior risultato di sempre, sostenuto da prospettive decisamente positive per l\u2019anno in corso e da un ambizioso piano di investimenti.<\/p>\n\n

Negli Stati Uniti, con la societ\u00e0 Una-Dyn, quest\u2019anno Piovan ha in programma il completamento di un nuovo e moderno impianto produttivo a Fredericksburg, in Virginia. Un investimento importante a supporto dei progetti di sviluppo in Nord America. Con questo positivo approccio e con i marchi Piovan, Una-Dyn, Aquatech, Fdm e Penta, il Gruppo Piovan sar\u00e0 presente alla fiera NPE, dove allo stand W1923 saranno presentate le pi\u00f9 interessanti innovazioni di prodotto e di engineering.<\/p>\n\n

Con brand Piovan, far\u00e0 il suo debutto sul mercato americano la nuova linea di dosatori gravimetrici a batch Quantum<\/a><\/strong>, completamente realizzati nella fabbrica statunitense del gruppo, per coprire tutte le applicazioni che richiedono un grado estremamente elevato di precisione. In esposizione anche soluzioni di alimentazione e trasporto centralizzato con Easylink<\/a><\/strong>, la centralina di distribuzione automatica dei materiali, abbinate ai ricevitori senza filtro Pureflo<\/a><\/strong>. Ogni apparecchiatura sar\u00e0 visibile con il pannello di controllo in funzione. Nell\u2019area espositiva dedicata al riciclaggio, sar\u00e0 presentata la linea completa di granulatori<\/a><\/strong>, sempre a marchio Piovan, inclusi i modelli dotati di sistema di lame usa e getta (\u201cU&G\u201d), che consente di realizzare un enorme risparmio sui costi grazie alla pi\u00f9 lunga durata delle lame in acciaio per utensili CPM10V.<\/p>\n\n

A marchio Una-Dyn, i visitatori troveranno esposta un\u2019ampia gamma di soluzioni per la deumidificazione dei materiali: da Automate<\/a><\/strong>, il sistema multi-tramoggia auto-adattativo, ai deumidificatori ad elevata efficienza energetica della serie Vantage.<\/p>\n\n

Ampio spazio sar\u00e0 riservato ad Aquatech, marchio del gruppo per la refrigerazione industriale, con cui si presenter\u00e0 per la prima volta al mercato nord americano la nuova linea di refrigeratori compatti condensati ad aria Easycool+<\/a><\/strong>, insieme al dry cooler Aryacool<\/a> <\/strong>e al termorefrigeratore DigitempEvo<\/a><\/strong>. Novit\u00e0 assoluta per la termoregolazione avanzata dello stampo \u00e8 Nextherm<\/a><\/strong>, grazie al quale si riduce notevolmente il tempo ciclo e si garantisce una temperatura dello stampo cos\u00ec accurata da ridurre drasticamente gli scarti.<\/p>\n\n

Per quanto riguarda il trattamento di polveri e PVC, si potranno trovare le ultime soluzioni progettuali Fdm<\/a> <\/strong>per il dosaggio di precisione e un innovativo sistema in funzione, a marchio Penta<\/a><\/strong>, in grado di trasportare le polveri con un sistema del vuoto di nuova concezione che garantisce un trattamento delicato del materiale.<\/p>\n\n

Una sala attrezzata con monitor touch screen sar\u00e0 destinata a presentare gli ultimi sviluppi in linea con i requisiti dell\u2019Industria 4.0.<\/p>\n\n

Interessanti innovazioni sotto questo profilo sono rappresentate dal lancio di FACS 4.0<\/a><\/strong>, un sistema unico e altamente avanzato di controllo e monitoraggio delle apparecchiature ausiliarie progettato da Una-Dyn, e da Winfactory 4.0<\/a><\/strong>, il software di supervisione messo a punto da Piovan per la smart factory, compatibile con il protocollo OPC-UA. Entrambe le soluzioni sono state pensare per supportare i trasformatori di materie plastiche nel percorso verso la digitalizzazione dei processi produttivi.
