PiovanGroup, principale operatore a livello mondiale nello sviluppo e nella produzione di sistemi di automazione dei processi produttivi per lo stoccaggio, il trasporto e il trattamento di polimeri e polveri plastiche e alimentari, quotato nel segmento STAR di Borsa Italiana, annuncia la firma dell’accordo per l’acquisizione del 100% del capitale sociale della società Doteco SpA.<\/p>\n\n

Fondata nel 1994, Doteco SpA ha sede a Modena ed è tra i leader mondiali nelle tecnologie per la dosatura dei film plastici (per packaging alimentari e non) e fibre sintetiche. La società ha chiuso il 2019 con un fatturato consolidato di € 19,7 milioni e un EBITDA consolidato di € 3,4 milioni. Doteco opera a livello internazionale e conta, tra i suoi partner, i principali produttori di estrusione a livello globale.<\/p>\n\n
