Il Gruppo dar\u00e0 supporto alle installazioni della tedesca ProTec e garantir\u00e0 continuit\u00e0 e assistenza qualificata ad alcuni clienti dell\u2019azienda.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>PiovanGroup acquista una selezione di asset del concorrente tedesco Protec Polymer Processing GmbH (\u201cProtec\u201d), fornitore internazionale di sistemi per l'industria della plastica, attualmente in amministrazione controllata.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019operazione riguarda asset precedentemente appartenenti alle divisioni Material Handling, Dosing e Recycling, mercati dove opera lo stesso Gruppo Piovan, leader mondiale nella produzione di sistemi di automazione dei processi produttivi con materiali plastici e bio plastici.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019operazione avverr\u00e0 attraverso la controllata FDM col triplice scopo di: aumentare il business Service\/post-vendita, offrire ai clienti aggiornamenti e retrofit dei vecchi sistemi Protec con nuove soluzioni del Gruppo Piovan e supportare i clienti in comune nella situazione di difficolt\u00e0 causata dalla procedura fallimentare di ProTec Polymer Processing GmbH.<\/p>\n<p>PiovanGroup, che \u00e8 attivamente impegnato nella realizzazione di prodotti e soluzioni dedicate alla filiera del riciclo e della circular economy, in futuro fornir\u00e0 anche le soluzioni di ProTec nell\u2019ambito del riciclo, come la rigenerazione e la cristallizzazione della plastica. <\/p>\n<p>In linea con la strategia del gruppo, l\u2019operazione rafforza la presenza del Gruppo Piovan nel mercato tedesco e nel segmento strategico dei servizi post-vendita.<\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">\u201c<em>Protec, in precedenza Somos, \u00e8 una delle pi\u00f9 antiche aziende europee operanti nel settore dell'automazione per l'industria della plastica e del riciclo della plastica, con un'ampia base installata di soluzioni uniche e una base di clienti consolidata<\/em>\". - <b>afferma Filippo Zuppichin, CEO di PiovanGroup<\/b> - \"<em>\u00c8 un grande onore e una responsabilit\u00e0 per PiovanGroup e FDM continuare una tradizione cos\u00ec importante e offrire ai propri clienti la possibilit\u00e0 di godere di una cos\u00ec lunga partnership tecnologica<\/em>.\"<\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">\u201c<em>Per FDM si tratta di un passo importante per espandere e consolidare ulteriormente l'area di assistenza.
