Purpose

The Installation Crew Dispatcher has broad responsibilities, and thus is a key member of the Conair Team and a critical part of all phases of new projects. The Project Services Expeditor is responsible for dispatching and managing/supporting the day-to-day work of Conair Installation teams, as well as supporting Project Managers, and aiding and backing up the TBC Estimator and Order Entry Coordinator.  This position is located in Franklin, Pennsylvania.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain a schedule for Installation Teams and coordinate dispatch;
• Assist Installation Teams in travel arrangements;
• Work with Installation Teams to check and approve time sheets;
• Assist crews by scheduling truck and tool maintenance;
• Help coordinate supplies and materials for Conair Installations Teams;
• Assist Installation Teams in expediting parts, drawings, or other items needed to complete Systems installations.
• Work with sales, Project Managers, contractors, and customers to prioritize and maintain schedules;
• Assist Project Managers in expediting shipments, determining status of orders and parts, adding parts to orders, Issue Purchase Orders for supplies and materials, and other tasks to ensure effective project management;
• Help print and compile project notebooks for Project Managers;
• Assist TBC Estimator – Perform TBC estimates to reduce backlog and to provide TBC estimates;
• Assist Order Entry Coordinator – Learn to use SAP ERP system, roll orders, modify orders and other tasks as directed; 
• Other duties as assigned.
