The Piovan Group announces the creation of Piovan Food & Powders<\/strong>, an important strategic evolution that rationalizes and unifies under a single brand the activities previously carried out by Piovan Penta and Fea in the sector of solutions for the food industry and industrial powder handling.<\/p>\n

Starting from May 5, 2025, Penta S.r.l. will change its company name to \u201cPiovan Food & Powders S.r.l.\u201d, while Fea Process & Technological Plants S.r.l. will keep its current company name, operating under the new commercial brand \u201cPiovan Food & Powders\u201d<\/strong>. Both companies will keep their respective VAT numbers unchanged <\/u>and all existing contractual relationships will continue without interruption.<\/p>\n

This unification represents a fundamental step in the Group's consolidation strategy, which aims to substantially strengthen its leadership position in the global market of technologies for Food Processing and industrial powders treatment<\/strong>.<\/div>\n

The new Piovan Food & Powders combines the skills, technologies and decades of experience<\/strong> of both companies, creating an even more effective synergy to meet customer needs with a complete and integrated range of cutting-edge solutions.<\/p>\n
