Conair is also a leader in plastics process integration, engineering and installing complete manufacturing systems that help plastics processors manage their valuable raw materials, handle their critical manufactured parts, and improve their process yield.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Position:<\/strong> Team Leader\/Supervisor<\/p>\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong> Franklin, PA<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Team Leader\/Supervisor is responsible for leading a manufacturing team in a specific product line to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity, and to meet operational and team goals. The team leader role maintains, tests, and repairs both mechanical and electrical assemblies and sub-assemblies in the final assembly of equipment for Conair products. This position reports to the Panel Shop Supervisor and is located in Franklin, PA.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Direct, manage, and supervise the work of assemblers in a specific product line;<\/li>\n<li>Assemble equipment to engineering drawings, schematics, and IPEG standards, based on work orders or production schedules, according to specifications;<\/li>\n<li>Ensure orders are processed on schedule and according to established quality standards;<\/li>\n<li>Assist in developing and testing procedures and processes;<\/li>\n<li>Develop, train, and motivate team members in sustaining a continuous improvement environment;<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that the team\u2019s goals are aligned with and representative of the overall company\u2019s directive, including enforcement of company policies;<\/li>\n<li>Interface with engineering to update drawings and parts lists to match equipment variances;<\/li>\n<li>Communicate with return goods to evaluate, repair, and upgrade customer return equipment to customer requests;<\/li>\n<li>Maintain records of assembly process, progress, and problems;<\/li>\n<li>Follow dispatch lists in assigned areas closely, and works hand-in-hand with purchasing and master scheduling to assure on hand inventory of parts and purchased components by reviewing shortage reports and visual triggers;<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate equipment and employee performance for quality and safety issues that may arise;<\/li>\n<li>Use bill of material and MRP to collect parts to collect parts for completion of customer orders;<\/li>\n<li>Review of on hand balances and inventory of manufactured and purchased parts in assigned work area;<\/li>\n<li>Maintains a clean and safe work environment through a continued program of daily shoveling, sweeping, and general cleaning;<\/li>\n<li>Other duties as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Duties and Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High School Diploma or GED and\/or ten (10)+ years of direct work experience without formal education;<\/li>\n<li>Position typically expects up to three (3) years of direct\/relevant experience based on scope of position with one (1) year of leadership responsibility;<\/li>\n<li>Extensive knowledge of mechanical and electrical fundamentals as well as manufacturing processes;<\/li>\n<li>Basic math skills;<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of team function within the organization;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to quickly assess and solve problems daily;<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate flexibility when confronted with change;<\/li>\n<li>Must maintain composure in a fast-paced, stressful environment;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work with management in analyzing product line assembly efficiency;<\/li>\n<li>Must have a positive attitude and foster a continuous improvement environment;<\/li>\n<li>Effective interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of the organization;<\/li>\n<li>Mission focused with a sense of urgency when required;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to demonstrate proficiency with PCs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>PGNA, Inc. offers an outstanding compensation and benefits package including profit sharing, bonus plans, 401(k) with company match, medical insurance, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, health club reimbursement, tuition reimbursement, employee assistance, and employee referral bonus program.<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><em>PGNA, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE) and offers employment opportunities to all qualified persons regardless of race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin or ancestry, physical or mental disability (except where physical or mental abilities are a bona fide occupational requirement), veteran status, marital status, familial status, sexual orientation, HIV-positive status, possession of the sickle cell trait, genetic characteristics, political views, and any other basis protected by federal, state or local laws<\/em>&nbsp;<\/p>","protected":false},"author":0,"template":"","tags":[167],"acf":{"location":"Franklin, PA | USA","job_region":"NA & CENTRAL AMERICA","latitude":41.4017095,"longitude":-79.8126673,"question_1":"","question_2":"","question_3":"","internship":false,"external_url":"https:\/\/recruiting.paylocity.com\/recruiting\/jobs\/Details\/4285752\/PGNA-Inc\/Team-LeaderSupervisor","job_id":4285752,"adp_job_id":""},"yoast_head":"<title>Team Leader\/Supervisor - PiovanGroup<\/title>\n<meta name=\"robots\" content=\"noindex, follow\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:locale\" content=\"es_ES\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:type\" content=\"article\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:title\" content=\"Team Leader\/Supervisor - PiovanGroup\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:description\" content=\"Conair, part of the PiovanGroup, is a leading producer of auxiliary equipment for the plastics processing industry.
