Beim adiabatischen K\u00fchlsystem nutzt Aryacool nur die unbedingt erforderliche Wassermenge und reduziert dadurch Verschwendung und Betriebskosten.<\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Aryacool ist in zwei Ausf\u00fchrungen erh\u00e4ltlich:<br>\n\u2022 Trockensystem: wird verwendet, wenn die Wassertemperatur 5\u00b0C (1) h\u00f6her als die Umgebungstemperatur ist. <br>\n\u2022 Adiabatisches System: wird in Zeiten hoher Umgebungstemperatur eingesetzt; das zerst\u00e4ubte Wasser wird direkt auf den W\u00e4rmeaustauscher gespr\u00fcht, sodass die einstr\u00f6mende Luft und die Batterie im Kontakt mit dem Wasser gek\u00fchlt werden.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr beide Systeme steht eine Sonderbehandlung f\u00fcr Rippenbatterien in hochkorrosiven Umgebungen wie der chemischen Industrie oder in Meeresn\u00e4he zur Verf\u00fcgung.<\/p>\n<p>Auf Wunsch ist die selbstablaufende Ausf\u00fchrung oder die Version mit PADS verf\u00fcgbar.<\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\"><strong>Haupteigenschaften<\/strong>:<br>\n\u2022 Anwendungsflexibilit\u00e4t: Verschiedene Gr\u00f6\u00dfen und W\u00e4rmekapazit\u00e4ten, verwendbar f\u00fcr Free-Cooling oder Kondensationsk\u00fchlung (Wasserkondensations-K\u00fchler)<br>\n\u2022 H\u00f6here Energieeinsparung dank der EC-Ventilatoren<br>\n\u2022 Der Wasserverbrauch wird mithilfe eines Systems, das die Wasserverdunstung nur in Zeiten mit hoher Umgebungstemperatur nutzt, auf ein Minimum reduziert.<\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\"><strong>Vorteile<\/strong>:<br>\n\u2022 Reinigung des Prozesswassers: Kontrolle und Pr\u00e4vention des Legionellen-Risikos<br>\n\u2022 Das geschlossene K\u00fchlsystem reduziert die Kosten f\u00fcr Wartungsarbeiten, indem es Verkrustungen der Rohre und Pressformen vermeidet<br>\n\u2022 Mehr Wasserersparnis: Die adiabatische Phase tritt nur zu bestimmten Jahreszeiten in Funktion<br>\n\u2022 Die Wasserbehandlung ist ausschlie\u00dflich auf die adiabatische Phase beschr\u00e4nkt<br>\n\u2022 Senkung des Energieverbrauchs: dank der elektronischen Ventilatoren (EC) und der Modulierung der Rotationsgeschwindigkeit w\u00e4hrend den Teilbef\u00fcllungen<br>\n\u2022 Automatischer Pollenschutz-Zyklus.
