Per inserimento all’interno dell’Ufficio Commerciale Estero, ricerchiamo giovane e brillante ingegnere con predisposizione alla vendita e alle relazioni interpersonali.

Al termine della fase di inserimento e formazione, in contatto diretto con l’Area Manager di riferimento, le filiali e i venditori, sulla base delle loro indicazioni, si occuperà di monitorare il procedere dell’ordine e di aggiornare costantemente i dati dei prodotti standard a catalogo.

In particolare assisterà la forza vendita nella definizione dei bisogni dei clienti, inserirà gli ordini a sistema e fornirà assistenza telefonica, monitorando l’iter di consegna dei prodotti interfacciandosi con i diversi uffici di competenza (programmazione produzione, logistica, ufficio tecnico ecc.), sia in fase di progettazione che post vendita.

Il candidato/a ideale ha una formazione tecnica ingegneristica, un’età compresa tra i 23 e i 30 anni e possiede una minima esperienza in ruoli tecnici o tecnico-commerciali, preferibilmente in aziende che producono beni industriali su commessa.

Completano il profilo buone doti organizzative ed analitiche, attitudine a lavorare in team, un forte orientamento al risultato, nonché dinamismo e flessibilità.

Requisito indispensabile, ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese e preferibilmente di una seconda lingua europea.

Ricerchiamo un neo laureato/laureando in ingegneria gestionale o industriale da inserire all’interno dell’ufficio Kaizen, interessato a seguire un progetto di ricerca sul miglioramento dei processi logistici interni allo stabilimento.

La risorsa, affiancando il responsabile, si occuperà di studiare il processo di controllo delle merci in entrata, del processo di stoccaggio e di prelievo delle merci dal magazzino per l’asservimento delle linee produttive, con lo scopo di migliorare l’efficacia e l’efficienza dei tempi e spazi di deposito delle merci.

Nello specifico svolgerà un’analisi di tempi e spazi, una valutazione dello storico delle movimentazioni tramite il gestionale SAP e si confronterà con ufficio acquisti, produzione e magazzino.

Partendo da queste aree di interesse, il progetto verrà sviluppato tenendo conto delle idee e delle inclinazioni dello studente.

Durata dello stage: 3/6 mesi

Develop the Piovan business, reinforce the company presence in the market and create new k-accounts and OEM relationships. Ensure a strong technical and knowledgeable support to the sales network, through meeting with customers and continuous improvement training. Prepare and present complete turn-key system quotations for high end customers.

Technical skills:
• Technical education on university level;
• Preparing a complete BID from a green field project;
• Ability of translate the customers needs in technical specifications;
• Capability of transferring to the technical department the proper information for design;

Experience and other skills:
• Have at least 5 years’ experience in plastic processing industry, specific within Injection Molding, PET, Blow Molding and Extrusion process;
• Several years’ technical sales experience, with knowledge in negotiating on a high level;
• Be able to analyze the market, find proper sales channels and manage complex deals;
• Focused on results, able to motivate and support a sales network;
• Be able to work as a team leader, inspiring passion and sense of ownership to collaborators;
• Be able to present and deeply explain the technical solutions in front of a senior technical board of multinational companies;
• Be familiar with multi-national company environment;
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken; Italian language considered a plus.

Key responsibilities
• Technical & Commercial Proposal Preparation
• Usage of SAP
• Layout Preparation & Process flow diagram preparation in AutoCAD
• After Sales coordination between Headquarters and client for commercial & shipping documentation
• Coordination with client related to all pre-installation activates
• Equipment Installation, commissioning, start-up & Piping installation at Client site and to ensure the successful functioning of the system with customer satisfaction
• Trouble shooting for any service related activities

Qualification and Experience
• Experience in engineering background for Minimum 2 – 5 years from the plastic processing industry, more specific within Injection moulding, Blow moulding and Extrusion process.
• Excellent communication skills in English language, both verbal and in writing
• The minimum qualifications required to successfully perform the job is to have a diploma in Plastics or a Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering Field
• Must have experience with Autocad and Microsoft office tools

The role requires the significant availability to travel abroad, Middle East and Africa.

L'utilisation des CACES 1-3 est primordiale pour mener à bien votre mission. Habitué à manipuler de la marchandise fragile, vous serez amené à gerber des palettes sur deux voire trois niveaux. Votre priorité sera la sécurité des biens et des personnes. Vous êtes en relation avec les fournisseurs, les transporteurs et les services internes à l'entreprise.

Vous contrôlerez régulièrement l'état des stocks par le biais d'inventaires et autres méthodes de gestion. En tant que garant du bon suivi des mouvements de stocks au sein de la plateforme, vous contrôlez minutieusement la conformité des documents de transport.

Vous êtes reconnu pour vos qualités de rigueur et d'organisation. A l'aise avec la conduite de chariot élévateur, vous êtes titulaire du permis CACES 1-3 et justifiez d'une première expérience réussie dans ce secteur.

Vous êtes à l’aise avec les logiciels informatiques de bureautique et un ERP type SAP.

Vous possédez un BEP ou Bac Pro magasinier, logistique et transport, gestionnaire de stock.

Il candidato/a ideale ha una formazione tecnica (Meccanica, Elettrotecnica), un’età compresa tra i 30 e i 40 anni con un’esperienza almeno quinquennale nella vendita di macchine e impianti industriali, preferibilmente nel settore della trasformazione delle materie plastiche.

Completano il profilo la capacità di gestire trattative complesse, buone doti commerciali e la disponibilità a mobilità e trasferte. È gradita la conoscenza della lingua inglese.
