HR dryer
By adopting the honeycomb desiccant rotor technology, the HR Series is able to ensure maximum energy efficiency and versatility of application in small and medium productions.
Airflow ranging from 50 up to 200 m3/h, with constant Dew Point value.

Gravimetric blender MDW 600
Nominal throughput of 600kg/h, it can dose up to 8 different components.
MDW600 is suitable for use in the injection, extrusion and blow-moulding industries. It can be connected straight to the throat of the injection moulding machine or extruder in single applications or frame-mounted in centralised applications.
The touch screen operator panel with 8.5" colour display makes the machine easy and extremely intuitive to use. Process data from the doser can be saved to a USB memory stick for subsequent analysis.

Masterbatch doser MDP 2G
The loss-in-weight gravimetric technology allows constant control of the dosed material and high precision.
This innovative gravimetric doser for masterbatch MDP 2G ensures precise dosing and constant blends over time, in the injection and blow moulding process and in the extrusion one.
It is available in the single and twin-station versions; its throughput ranges from 0,0035 to 138 kg/h.

Win Factory
this new Piovan software allows intervention directly on the production activity, regulating the performance of the auxiliary equipment so to optimise their results.
It is a standard package, with applicative modules:
Operative modules: allow the operator to interface with the appliances from a remote station and, once the operative parameters have been set, to control the operative status of every single machine.
Management modules: elaborate the operating parameters, supplying indications concerning batch analysis, analysis of stocks of materials, products traceability, analysis of production efficiency, maintenance operations.

Refrigeration
The new products on display include the extension of the range of air-condensed chillers, with the introduction of the models CH4600 and CH5600 (cooling capacity of 500 to 700 kW).
The new series of water-condensed units (CHW) will have a cooling capacity from 100 to 900 kW.
